6. Dealer/Distributor Responsibilities

• Authorized distributors must maintain proper inventory records and ensure compliance with government safety regulations.

• Distributors are required to report sales data, cylinder stock, and other key metrics as outlined in their dealership agreement.

• Any misuse of Hyper LPG branding, logos, or misleading claims will lead to termination of the dealership contract.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no additional charges.

• Cancellations made after dispatch will be subject to a restocking fee.

• Refunds for damaged or defective cylinders will be processed after inspection and approval by our technical team.
